Juan Landa Tobar

Founder of Landa Consultores and Landa Auditores.
Accountant Auditor. He has more than 40 years of experience in the area of Accounting and Auditing. Previously, he served as CEO and CFO in various companies.
Certified by ICAEW in International Auditing Standards (ISAs Programme) and Diploma in International Auditing Standards, Master Latam.
His vast experience has allowed him to advise clients, local and foreign, from various industries.
Juan has experience in dumping, investments, acquisitions and sales, accounting and consulting to company directories.
Eduardo Landa Yañez
PARTNER
Accountant Auditor. Diploma in Tax Management, Colegio de Contadores de Chile.
He has more than 30 years of work experience in Accounting, Tax and Management Consultancies. In addition, in External Audit of Financial Statements and IFRS Implementation.
He has been developed as a consultant for companies and diverse Family Offices in private sector, participates in outsourcing processes, consulting, National and International Taxation, cost and management reports, preparation and control of operational and project budgets, procedures and reengineering of administrative processes, in the different economic sectors of our market..
Martin Colossi
AUDIT PARTNER
He has more than 28 years of experience in accounting financial audits for important national, international and multinational companies. He was an International Partner in one of the largest and best known BIG FOUR in the country, he also worked abroad (Canada and the United States), performing Senior position in charge of important clients, being responsible for the direction, planning, execution and administration of various and varied audits. From 2016 to 2018 he was appointed Audit Lead Partner for “public” companies (PIEs), being in charge of more than 250 professionals (Staff and 12 Audit Partners). Additionally, he was the Partner in charge of the internal review process of the professional audit practice of the previous firm, between 2009 and 2019, he collaborated in the external quality reviews carried out by both the CMF (2018 ), as well as by the PCAOB (2012; 2015; and 2018. He has a diploma in International Financial Reporting Standards(IFRS), granted by the Universidad Diego Portales, is bilingual with international certification granted by the Language Studies of Canada Institute «LSC», Toronto (Canada), level 9 out of 10.

Accountant Auditor and Bachelor of Economics with mention in Finance from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso and Diploma in IFRS from the Universidad del Desarrollo.
He has 27 years of professional experience, mainly in auditing and consulting firms (Manager and Senior Manager of important BIG FOUR firms) in addition he has been practicing independently.
He has developed external and internal audits and consultancies in training and implementation of IFRS standards.
He worked as a tenured professor in Audit and IFRS Diploma chairs in different universities and in the Colegio de Contadores de Chile.
Antonio Bascur
Senior Audit Manager
Public Accountant and Auditor from the University of Santiago de Chile, Master in Finance (in progress) from the same University, Diploma in IFRS from the University of Chile and Diploma in Auditing and Financial Analysis from Universidad Adolfo Ibañez.
Executive with more than 15 years of experience in the areas of Auditing, Accounting, Finance and Administration in two of the most recognized companies in the country. He has worked in different industries; construction, retail, investments, agricultural, real estate and services. Additionally, he leads the instruction and training that is carried out in-house, referring to international financial reporting standards (IFRS) and auditing. He also supervises quality management according to applicable rules, laws and standards.
Jorge Marín

Professional with more than 25 years of experience in areas of Financial Audit, Convergences and Agreed Procedures.
Previously, for 6 years he was Senior Manager responsible for Internal Control in one of the most outstanding firms and that occupies the sixth place of the main auditing firms and for 12 years responsible for the Audit Management of one of the BIG FOUR audit companies, attending clients from different sectors of the economy, publicly and closely held corporations.
